Share bsnl evdo internet connection over wifi

Hi,

Am trying to share my bsnl evdo internet connection over wifi unto my mobile phone.........am using Vista and I tried creating a wireless ad hoc connection and connected my phone to it.......but when I opened the browser on my phone to use internet it shows "No gateway reply".

Has anyone here faced this problem...or any idea how to solve this.

And also how do I know the default gateway of my internet connection......when I do an ipconfig, it shows default gateway as 0.0.0.0 .


Plz help.

this cant be possible without configuring the ROUTER. but evdo is nt a router and cat be configured.

It is possible to do this... I  have been sharing my evdo connection with my W995 over wifi.
